India is known for many countless features, such as cultures, festivals, politics, demographics, people, natural beauties, world wonder, resources, tourism, government, economy, etc. The list could not be completed, as there are many attributes to get listed.

The early civilization which had started could be dated back to some 5000 years ago, during which the first civilization (Hindu civilization) started, namely the Indus Valley civilization. The civilization is said to bear sophisticated lifestyles and had a sense of aesthetics for which the twin cities, such as Mohenjodaro and Harappa, which are now in Pakistan could be provided as examples.

Likewise, the country became rich in monuments, arts, religions, sacred books, pilgrimages, etc… Everybody knows that India is a comprehensive package comprising different religions, but these religions didn’t take birth in one night, each religion has a deep ancient root, like Buddhism, which was founded by the Gautama Buddha in the 550 B.C., the Sikh religion was founded by Guru Nanak in Punjab during 15th century, etc…


India is one of the places, where there is a practice of huge collections of festivals and people celebrate their festivals adhering to the ancestral mode of operation and most of the festivals in India are colorful and it would also be religious oriented. The country is known for its various religions, because of which there are huge number of festival celebrations in the country.

There are separate celebrations in north India and the same applies to southern part of India, besides different festivals in eastern and western part of the country. Festivals like Diwali, Pongal… are popular in the southern part, whereas festivals like holy, Diwali, Durga pooja…are celebrated to the core in the northern part. Hence, festivals means, food, gifts, family meetings, cultural oriented, happiness and last, but not least most colorful in India.


The country is turning to be one of the most attractive tourists’ spots in the world, attracting millions of people from all around the world. It is serving as a famous destination for tourists, because of its wide spread presence of natural resources and beauties. It has altitudes, such as Mount. Everest, Himalayas and architectural world wonder such as Taj Mahal. There are numerous people visiting India every year, especially for hiking Mount. Everest and to get carried away by other architectural monuments and buildings, such as Ajanta caves, Mahabalipuram, Red Fort, Qutub Minar and many more historical temples, which are serving as the best architectural examples of the country till date.

Another significant reason for India attracting the tourists is that it is a pool consisting of wonderful beaches and its beach destinations serve as the major gateway for tourists, examples, Mangalore, Goa, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, etc… Nobody could ever forget the hill stations and the foggy climatic conditions of the place, such as Shimla, Darjeeling, Kulu Manali, etc… Thus, India is a dynamic package consisting of mountains, rivers, beaches, hill stations, green plantains and many more that are absolutely gorgeous and henceforth, beautiful forever!
